I am anxious to begin a larger piece of mosaic art, but a life that's been full of surprises lately has pre-empted my unfulfilled dreams of what I know (ahem) will be the next great creative masterpiece. To compensate and feed my creative brain a little tidbit here and there, I have managed to produce a few smaller pieces of mosaic art and jewelry.
Some were created to benefit a charity, some were gifted, and the others have been sold or are for sale.
I also finally splurged on my own festival tent, and am pleased that it has been a good investment, despite the rain and other factors that have limited crowds at a few events.
I have posted a few photos below to catch you up on what I've been doing.
Thanks for stopping by, (and I have posted this entirely from my phone and am stumped on how to reduce the size of my new logo/signature) below:
P.S. Can you believe I've had those initials for nearly 25 years and only recently realized that with very little tweaking they could evolve into a breaking wave befitting of "Backbay Design Studio"? Talk about a little slow on the uptake... What do you think?
