This first piece, Flow, was the result of the photo below that was taken while going through the car wash.
This next piece, Don’t Swim With Sharks at Night, came about after a close crop of this completely blurry and not-so-great nighttime photo of reflected lights on water. The moonlit boat ride and moment served as inspiration and that's what matters.
And a friend of mine commissioned this last piece, to give as a gift to her daughter on her wedding day.
I try to remember to look for small artful details on a daily bases. Sometimes they serve to inspire me, and sometimes they just bring a little light into my day. Right now, I am busy trying to complete quite a few other small pieces for the upcoming Orange Beach Arts Festival March 12th-13th in Orange Beach, AL. This will be my first time participating in this show and I am a bit excited.
I’ll try to keep you posted on my progress. Thanks for stopping by.
